Sale of 4 Southern Nevada shopping centers announced

Cushman & Wakefield on Friday announced the sale of four grocery-anchored, neighborhood shopping centers totaling 336,096 square feet in Henderson and North Las Vegas.

Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Directors Michael Hackett and Ryan Schubert represented the seller, Donahue Schriber Realty Group, in all four transactions.

Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

“All four properties offered the individual buyers an opportunity to acquire market dominant grocery-anchored shopping centers in proven in-fill locations with stable in-place income and a strong ‘daily needs’ tenant roster,” Hackett said in a statement.

Three of the centers, Pebble Marketplace, Paseo Verde Plaza and Eldorado Plaza, are anchored by high-volume Smith’s Food and Drug Stores. At the time of sale, the centers had an average occupancy of 93.9 percent with national tenants including Chase Bank, Edward Jones, Jack in the Box and Starbucks.

The fourth property, Green Valley Plaza, is an 89,332 square foot Trader Joe’s anchored neighborhood shopping center that was 95.7 percent occupied at the time of sale. The property features national tenants in addition to Trader Joe’s, such as Dollar Tree, Big 5 Sporting Goods and Bank of America.
