With 37 days until the July 31 substantial completion date, the Raiders were already running inside Allegiant Stadium Wednesday — well, sort of.

With under two months until the July 31 substantial completion date, Mark Davis said it’ll probably be a photo finish.
There are 15 active cases of coronavirus among workers who have been on the Allegiant Stadium project site.

In the midst of what Allegiant Stadium project officials are dubbing the “fourth quarter” of the construction process, crews are on track for a July 31 substantial completion date.
Crews began rolling out the sod Wednesday for the natural grass field the Raiders will play on inside Allegiant Stadium.
The move comes as new positive coronavirus cases, mainly tied to a team of electricians on the site that were identified in the last few weeks.
There have now been seven confirmed positive cases of the coronavirus at the Allegiant Stadium project site, according to the joint venture leading the stadium’s construction.
