Tivoli Village’s new tenants include pub, fashion boutique
Tivoli Village, a retail and office project under construction in Peccole Ranch, has announced several new tenants.
Charming Charlie, a fashion-accessory boutique named a 2010 Hot Retailer by the International Council of Shopping Centers, will lease 9,000 square feet at the center. It'll be the first local outpost for the 100-location company.
The mixed-use center also announced leases with Tivoli Irish Pub, Petra Greek Restaurant, Roc of Republic Couture and Obika Optical & Sunglasses.
Those businesses will join family-play center Kidville, BRIO Tuscan Grille, Pesci's Pizza, lifestyle boutique CORSA Collections and Ritual Salon & Spa. Office tenants will include the local law firm of Kolesar & Leatham and investment brokerage Merrill Lynch.
Tivoli Village's first phase is scheduled to open in March with 225,000 square feet of retail space and 145,000 square feet of office space. IDB Group USA and Executive Home Builders are developing the $850 million project. When complete, it will have 785,000 square feet of space.
