A Clark County District Court judge on Thursday allowed entertainer Wayne Newton to keep his small stable of Arabian horses at the Casa de Shenandoah ranch in Las Vegas where he lives.
Landlord and business partner Steven Kennedy, through a company he controls, sought to have the 51 horses removed to avoid the expense of maintaining them.
