Domestic dispute leads to four-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 95

Two drivers caused a four-vehicle crash in west Last Vegas late Wednesday morning in what appeared to be a domestic dispute, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.

Officers responded to a report of an accident on southbound U.S. Highway 95, near Rainbow Boulevard about 11:45 a.m.

Trooper Loy Hixson said a man and a woman, who are believed to be dating, were driving separate vehicles on U.S. 95.

The male driver struck the female driver’s car several times before the female driver lost control and collided with another vehicle. Both cars ended up in the right shoulder of U.S. 95. Hixson said the male driver then struck another vehicle as he fled the scene.

The incident has been handed over to Las Vegas police for investigation.

No injuries were reported, and no arrests have been made.
