Las Vegas police seek suspect in shooting at convenience store

Las Vegas police were searching for a man suspected of shooting another man at a convenience store early Thursday morning.
The identity of the victim was not released, but police said his injuries were life-threatening.
The shooting occurred at 1:12 a.m. at a convenience store on the 900 block of Sierra Vista Drive, near Swenson Street.
Police said the victim walked toward the front door when he was approached by the suspect, who shot him and fled.
The suspect is a Hispanic man of medium build, standing between 5 feet 10 and 6 feet 1, police said. He was wearing dark blue clothing and a blue L.A. Dodgers baseball cap.
