North Las Vegas police have arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with an ATM robbery from earlier this month.

Nestor Rodriguez was arrested Monday night by police and charged with one count each of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery.

On May 5, a 45-year-old woman was robbed by two suspects while withdrawing money from a drive through ATM in the 2400 block of North Rancho Drive.

The second suspect has been identified, but has not been apprehended, police said.
