Man wanted in Clark County child sex crimes arrested
A U.S. Marshals task force in Honolulu arrested a man wanted for seven counts of sexual assault against a child and four counts of lewdness with a child, the agency said Tuesday.
Rodney Hosino, 42, of Honolulu, was taken into custody at his work about 11:30 a.m. Clark County officials issued an arrest warrant for Hosino after Las Vegas police filed a criminal complaint and an affidavit accusing him of multiple child sex crimes on March 30, U.S. Marshals said.
Hosino was transported and booked into a Honolulu Police Department jail area to wait for a court appearance and extradition hearing back to Nevada, the agency said.
