Police: Person shot in head during J Street robbery

One person was shot in the head after an apparent robbery in the 1800 block of J Street Wednesday afternoon.
The person was transported to the hospital, according to Lt. John Pelletier.
Robbery and Gang units were investigating the shooting, Pelletier said.
