Police seek help to find armed robbery suspect

Las Vegas police are seeking the public’s help in finding the suspect in a robbery that occurred just after 4 p.m. Dec. 17 on East Tropicana Avenue near South Nellis Boulevard.
The man entered a business in the shopping center of 5020 E. Tropicana Ave. brandishing a 6- to 8-inch knife and demanded money from the clerk, who complied. The suspect then fled on foot.
Police described the suspect as about 40 years old, 6 foot 3 inches tall and 250 pounds with a heavy build. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, dark jeans and shoes and a green hat.
