Rogich sues over stake in limo service

Public relations and political operative Sig Rogich has sued attorney James Jimmerson and his wife, Carol, claiming he is owed as much as 10 percent of the limousine and shuttle bus operator Jacob Transportation Services LLC.

In a complaint filed in Clark County District Court on Thursday, Rogich contended that he was retained by Jacob eight years ago when Jacob, known by the street name Executive Las Vegas was just getting started. Part of the compensation, according to Rogich, was 5 percent ownership in Jacob plus and option to acquire 5 percent more.

During the succeeding years, according to Rogich, discussions concerning his promised stake took place repeatedly but never closed.

James Jimmerson called the allegations "improper and false. I read with shock and disgust the allegations by Mr. Rogich."
