Seven arrested on federal drug charges
Seven valley residents have been indicted on federal drug charges, according to U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden.
Bruce Rogat, 64, Daniel Pinsonault, 57, Mark Pinsonault, 49, Eli Pinsonault, 81, Ezekiel Parraz, 30, Jeremy Greene-Lewis, 31, and Candice Blackwell, 29, were indicted Feb. 5 and charged with conspiracy to manufacture marijuana and other drug-related charges.
All of the defendants except Rogat were arrested Thursday in Las Vegas.
According to the indictment, more than 100 marijuana plants were found in three houses at 815 Sun Bridge Lane, 325 New Hope Drive and 7330 Flintstone Street.
The trial is set for April 19. If convicted, the defendants face five to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $5 million.
