Wanted: Suspect who initiated gunfire at Town Square
Police are asking for the public's help in catching a man who fired several shots while at Town Square Friday morning.
The shooting followed a dispute between two people at the Blue Martini in Town Square, on Las Vegas Boulevard South at the Las Vegas Beltway, Las Vegas police said. The groups were escorted from the restaurant and nightclub about 4 a.m.
About 20 minutes later, the two groups encountered each other near a play area. Witnesses saw a man get out of a red sport utility vehicle and fire several shots, according to police.
Police did not say whether anyone was injured in the barrage. No arrests have been made.
The man fled the scene in the vehicle, which had a California license plate 6R55379.
