A father and son were shot Friday evening in the central valley, Las Vegas police said.
Police initially responded about 8:45 p.m. on reports of a shooting at a yard sale on the 5100 block of Hibbetts Drive, near Twain Avenue and Decatur Boulevard, Metro Lt. Peter Kisfalvi said.
The 41-year-old father and the 19-year-old son were both shot and hospitalized. They were expected to live.
The family wasn’t cooperating with police, Kisfalvi said, and officers didn’t see evidence of a garage sale. It might’ve been a domestic incident, he said.
No further information was available Friday night.
