A beer-pairing dinner featuring Shiner beers is scheduled for Tuesday (with seatings from 4 to 7 p.m.) at Amigo’s at the Fiesta Henderson, 777 W. Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson. Giada’s Italian Cucina, 2540 Anthem Village Drive in Henderson, has introduced “Appas ... Not Tapas” during happy hour from 4 to 8 p.m. daily. Including such dishes as mashed potato pizza with aged Prosciutto and meatballs in a bowl, the Appas, designed to be larger than tapas but smaller than appetizers, are on special during happy hour, as are house wines, sangria and a selection of domestic and craft beers. Honey Salt, 1031 S. Rampart Blvd., is celebrating May as National Burger Month beginning at 8:30 p.m. every Thursday this month with The Honey Salt BMB (burger month burger), a Wagyu patty with bacon jam, applewood- and walnut-smoked cheddar, pickled red onion and a fried egg. And Comme Ca at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. South, is celebrating with weekly burger specials. Through Sunday, it’s the Merguez Burger, with spiced lamb sausage and cucumber raita on a caraway brioche bun, which will be followed by the Pork-a-nator, a crispy pork cutlet with braised pork belly, head cheese and pig-brain mayo on a toasted bacon bun, from Monday through May 31. With fries, they’re $18. ...

Aureole at Mandalay Bay, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South, is offering its Show Time Menu nightly. The three-course prix-fixe menu, with entree choices of grilled Hawaiian swordfish or prime hanger steak and rock shrimp scampi, is $68. ...
