HENDERSON TRIPLETS TO COMPETE ON ‘AMERICA’S GOT TALENT’

Dom the Bom’s Triple Threat — made up of 8-year-old Henderson triplets Dominic, Lyric and Phoenix Evans — is set to perform Aug. 19 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City as competitors in the ABC television show “America’s Got Talent.” The show is set to start at 9 p.m. Eastern time.

Dominic has been performing magic and card throwing for more than two years, and his siblings assist him.

The Evans family moved from Ohio to Henderson a year ago. Their father, Anthony Evans, said the move to Southern Nevada has been great.

“Living here has helped the kids because they have gotten to interact with many of the local performers, many who have also been on the show, including Murray Sawchuck, who is at the Tropicana,” he said.

Evans said the results of the television competition are set to be revealed Aug. 20, the triplet’s ninth birthday.
