SPEARS HOLDS AFTER-PARTY IN ROOF-TOP SUITE ATOP PALMS PLACE

Britney Spears held her after-party Saturday at Phil Maloof's roof-top suite at Palms Place, with jugglers and contortionists providing the "Circus" theme.

Attendees included Robin Antin's Pussycat Dolls, along with dancers and performers from Spears' "Circus" tour.

Spears, along with her manager Larry Rudolph, arrived about 12:30 a.m. after her concert at the MGM Grand Garden.

With Palms owner George Maloof out of town, his brother Phil and Gavin represented the family at the party, which numbered about 50 and broke up about 3 a.m.

DJ Paul Oakenfold provided the music and chef Kerry Simon catered the event, which was held on the 57th floor.

Spears was seen at the villas at The Mirage.
