LBS: A Burger Joint at Red Rock Resort, 11011 W. Charleston Blvd., is commemorating Earth Day with the Urth Burger, built on a housemade vegan patty. On Sunday, LBS will donate all proceeds from every $13 Urth Burger sold to the Springs Preserve.
