Sushi with brown rice uncovered

Brown-rice sushi may not be strictly authentic, but it's a boon to those who are trying to eat more healthfully and get more whole grains into their diets. And two readers have sources for Mallory Loyes, who's looking for it.

For Jeanne Heiserman, who's looking for red hamburger relish, Marlene Patrick e-mailed that she'd recently found some Mezzetta Deli Style sweet bell pepper relish at Big Lots at 1221 W. Warm Springs Road in Henderson (news that I know will be music to the ears of all of the readers who've been looking for Mezzetta). And Nancy Fiorello suggested Homade Chili Sauce, which she said is not spicy and is available at Albertsons, including the stores at 10250 W. Charleston Blvd., 2550 S. Fort Apache Road and 8350 W. Cheyenne Ave.
