4TH OF JULY BLAST PLANNED AT SPRINGS PRESERVE’S DIVINE CAFE

The Divine Cafe at the Springs Preserve, 333 S. Valley View Blvd., plans to host a 4th of July Blast with small bites from 6 to 10 p.m. July 4.

The menu will be priced $5 to $9 per selection, and small bites are set to include bacon-wrapped dates, twice-grilled ribs and ahi tuna wontons. Live music by Katsumi is planned.

Admission is $12.50 and includes a cocktail. Springs Preserve members will receive 10 percent off on food purchases.

STK PLANS JULY FOURTH PICNIC DINNER

STK at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, 3708 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to host a Fourth of July picnic dinner July 4-6.

The menu is $40 and includes crispy chicken, potato salad and corn on the cob. Dessert will be vanilla cheesecake with strawberry compote and blueberries and will be $12.

A Blaze of Glory cocktail is planned for $18, with Absolut Elyx and cranberry Red Blue and blue pop rocks atop the rim of the glass.

STUDIO B BUFFET PLANS FOURTH OF JULY-THEMED FEAST

The Studio B Buffet at the M Resort, 12300 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans a Fourth of July-themed feast July 4 featuring all-American favorites such as barbecue ribs, smoked beef brisket, grilled kielbasa, fried chicken, red skin potato salad, mac and cheese, coleslaw and macaroni salad. Lunch is planned from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for $15.99 for adults and $11.99 for children 5 to 8.

Dinner is planned from 2:30 to 8 p.m., with items including slow-roasted prime rib, crab legs and barbecue chicken. The cost is $39.99 for adults and $26.99 for children.

ARIZONA CHARLIE’S OFFERS DINING SPECIALS

Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, 740 S. Decatur Blvd., and Arizona Charlie’s Boulder, 4575 Boulder Highway, are offering a summer barbecue brisket special in the Sourdough Cafe from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The special features barbecue beef brisket, baked beans, french fries, Texas toast and a slice of pie for $9.99 with an ace I PLAY card. The cafe at both properties also is featuring ham or steak and eggs with hash browns and toast or biscuit and gravy all day for $4.49 with a card and $4.99 without a card.

At Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, Ron’s Steakhouse plans to offer a Triple Selection special with three courses for $24.99 with a card and $27.77 without a card. Entree choices are 6-ounce dry-aged filet mignon, 14-ounce prime rib, chicken piccata or rainbow trout. The special is available from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.

An Independence Day special is planned from 3 to 8 p.m. July 4 at Ron’s, with barbecue bone-in New York steak, soup or salad, loaded baked potato and dessert. The cost is $32 with a card and $35.55 without a card.

Yukon Grille at Arizona Charlie’s Boulder plans a dining special July 3-Sept. 28 that offers New York steak and lobster tail, sides, soup or salad and dessert. The cost is $18.99 with a card and $21.10 without a card.

SPECIAL ANNIVERSARY MENU TO MARK 35 YEARS OF MORTON’S THE STEAKHOUSE

Morton’s The Steakhouse, 400 E. Flamingo Road, plans to mark its 35th anniversary with a limited-time menu and special edition wine from Sbragia Family Vineyards in Napa, Calif.

The special menu and wine pairing are available through July 6 for $35. Entree choices are 6-ounce filet, honey-chili-glazed salmon or chicken Bianco.

The next Whisk(e)y Wednesday event is planned from 7:30 to 9:30 and 10 p.m. to midnight July 9 at Andre’s inside the Monte Carlo, 3770 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

GRASS ROOTS JUICE BAR OPENS IN DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS

The Grass Roots juice bar was scheduled to open June 18 in the John E. Carson building, 124 S. Sixth St., Unit 160. The menu features whole food juices, smoothies, soups, whole food bowls and ice creams made-to-order to go.

The modern yet rustic setting features a display of fresh fruits and vegetables. Created in conjunction with the Downtown Project, Grass Roots features organic produce sourced from local and regional farms and local farmers markets, including the Downtown3rd Farmers Market. The menu also will feature seasonal selections, grab-and-go offerings, including a “living” assortment of vegan, dairy-free, soy and gluten-free packaged salads; wraps and desserts from Raw Makery.

LAS VEGAS-BASED JUICE NV TO DEBUT JUICE AND SMOOTHIE LINE

Juice NV, a Las Vegas-based premium raw and organic juice company, plans to debut a line of cold-pressed juices, nutritional cleanses and made-to-order superfood smoothies in July.

Alain Palinsky (co-founder of Juice Press in New York City) and executive chef Jermaine Jonas have partnered with Las Vegas nightlife mainstays Alex Cordova and Joe Lopez on their first West Coast operation. Juice NV will also be a retail food market, offering a variety of freshly prepared gourmet foods, available for takeout. The Charcoal Room Steakhouse has opened at Palace Station, 2411 W. Sahara Ave.
