“Splendor in the Glass,” the 26th annual wine- and beer-tasting fundraiser hosted by Nevada Public Television, will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Feb. 7 at the Westgate Las Vegas, 3000 Paradise Road. Chef Hubert Keller will present a cooking demonstration, and the event will include wines and beers from 60 wineries and breweries, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, live wine and silent auctions, and live music. Tickets, which are $85 in advance and $100 on the day of the event, are available at VegasPBS.org, at the PBS Educational Technology Campus at 3050 E. Flamingo Road, and at all locations of Lee’s Discount Liquor, Total Wine &More and Whole Foods Market. …

Pop-up dinners have returned to MTO Cafe’s downtown location at 500 S. Main St. The next dinner, at 5:30 p.m. Jan. 18, will feature guest chefs from Sage at Aria and Andre’s at the Monte Carlo and from Seattle and West Hollywood. The six-course dinner is $65; call 702-380-8229. …
