Club Fortune Casino restaurant, 725 Racetrack Way, Henderson, received 17 demerits Nov. 17. Violations included food held at improper temperatures. GRADE: B

Epoy’s Philippine Fast Food, 4251 W. Sahara Ave., received 37 demerits Nov. 18. Violations included several uncovered foods stored in cooler. GRADE: C

Felipito’s Mexican Food, 5095 S. Decatur Blvd., received 27 demerits Nov. 20. Violations included employees did not follow proper hand-washing procedures. GRADE: C

Hooters restaurant, 7155 S. Rainbow Blvd., received 36 demerits Nov. 16. Violations included cartons of raw shelled eggs were stored above ready-to-eat foods in walk-in cooler. GRADE: C

Jugos y Licuados, Charleston Swapmeet, 4530 E. Charleston Blvd., received 14 demerits Nov. 18. Violations included open containers of lime juice, jalapenos and caramel stored at room temperature. GRADE: B
