Restaurants to offer free meals for veterans and active service members

STATION CASINOS

Station Casinos plans to offer a free buffet meal on Veterans Day, Nov. 11, at all Feast and Festival Buffet locations as part of its Operation Thank You initiative.

Feast Buffets are located at Boulder Station, Green Valley Ranch Resort, Palace Station, Red Rock Resort, Santa Fe Station, Sunset Station and Texas Station. Festival Buffets are located at Fiesta Henderson and Fiesta Rancho.

A military-edition Boarding Pass or military ID are required. There is a limit of one breakfast, lunch or dinner buffet per veteran or military guest.

APPLEBEE’S

Applebee’s plans to offer free meals from a special Thank You menu to current and former military service members for Veterans Day, Nov. 11. Proof of service will be required, and the offer is valid for dine-in only.

Applebee’s Thank You Movement also will provide everyday household items such as washers, dryers and medical equipment to veterans, active-duty military members and their families. Friends, families and neighbors are invited to submit stories of need at thankyoumovement.com on behalf of a veteran or active duty service member. Visitors to the website also can thank a veteran by writing a personal message to be posted in real time.

SILVER SEVENS

Silver Sevens, 4100 Paradise Road, plans to offer a free buffet for all active and non-active military members from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Nov. 11. Guests must present a valid military ID card or DD214.

HONEY SALT AND MADE L.V.

Honey Salt, 1031 S. Rampart Blvd., and Made L.V. in Tivoli Village, 450 S. Rampart Blvd., are offering a 15 percent discount to any military personnel, both retired or active, with a valid military ID during November.

FIVE GUYS BURGERS AND FRIES

Five Guys Burgers and Fries plans to offer free Five Guys or Cajun Style fries to all military personnel, active or retired, who dine on Veterans Day, Nov. 11.

SOUTH POINT BUFFET

The Garden Buffet at the South Point, 9777 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to offer a specialty meal for those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces in honor of Veterans Day, Nov. 11. The free buffet will be available to active and non-active military members, plus one guest, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Golden Corral

Golden Corral, 1455 S. Lamb Blvd., plans to host a free dinner for active duty and former U.S. military personnel from 5 to 9 p.m. Nov. 17 for Military Appreciation Monday.
