Golden Nugget unveils its ‘$100,000 Cash ‘n’ Camaro Giveaway’

The Golden Nugget is giving away $69,000 in cash and a 2010 Chevy Camaro SS Coupe during the "$100,000 Cash ‘n’ Camaro Giveaway" from Sunday through Sept. 5. At 9 p.m. every Saturday beginning July 4, there will be a drawing for $6,900 cash (winners must be present). The car will be given away at a final drawing in Sept. 5 (winner need not be present). Please check at the promotions booth regarding how to earn tickets.

Jerry’s Nugget players who earn 2,000 More Club points ($2,000 coin-in; no point redemption required) in one day will receive $2-$80 the following day when they swipe their cards in the kiosk. Throughout the month, the casino has been giving away special royal T-shirts to anyone hitting a royal flush (no wild cards, max coin). On Tuesday, players hitting another royal while wearing their royal T-shirts will receive a $10-$200 bonus.

On Tuesday, the Eastside Cannery is giving away a Poppa Bear trinket including a cash prize up to $1,000 to all players earning 999 points ($333 coin-in on slots, $500 coin-in on video poker; no point redemption required). Table games players will receive one after four hours of table play with a $10 average bet.

Earn 200 points ($400 coin-in on slots, $800 coin-in on video poker; no point redemption required) or play table games for two hours at $10 per hand at the Rampart this Sunday or Tuesday (10 a.m.-10 p.m.) and receive a twin-head massager. Cannery players earning 599 points ($200 coin-in on slots, $300 coin-in on video poker; no point redemption required) on Monday will receive a free Scotch-Brite mop with wet and dry wipes.

There have been several changes to the Owl Rewards Club at the Hooters Hotel. The club is no longer offering cashback. All unredeemed cashback earned prior to the change must be redeemed by Aug. 31. Owl Reward Club points can be redeemed directly at The Bait Shoppe, Splurge and casino restaurants. The club also will offer Power Points, which can be converted to free play.

The Sahara is now offering $1 minimum blackjack at some of their tables. Also included in the special summer promotion is $1 beer, $1 shots and $1 hot dogs.
