The story: In the future, Earth is taken over by a species that erases the minds of its human hosts until a young girl (Ronan) finds a way to fight back in this love story based on the novel by “Twilight’s” Stephenie Meyer.

The buzz: At this point, Meyer could put her name on a remake of “Gigli” and drum up plenty of buzz.
