Pet Shop Boys, ‘American Idol’ tour, Matchbox 20 coming soon

Synth pop stalwarts the Pet Shop Boys hit The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel on Oct. 11. Tickets start at $45 and go on sale at 10 a.m. today at The Joint box office, 4455 Paradise Road, and Ticketmaster outlets.

The “American Idol Live!” tour comes to the Mandalay Bay Events Center on July 12. Tickets start at $33.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. today at Ticketmaster outlets.

Pop rockers Matchbox 20 and the Goo Goo Dolls team up at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on July 19. Tickets are $49.50, $69.50 and $99.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ticketmaster outlets.

Guitar great Joe Satriani shreds faces at The Pearl at the Palms on Aug. 30, with Steve Morse. Tickets start at $50 and go on sale at noon today at The Pearl box office, 4321 W. Flamingo Road, and Ticketmaster outlets.

Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band take over The Pearl on Nov. 22 and 23. Tickets start at $70 and go on sale at noon today at the venue box office and Ticketmaster outlets.

Pop favorites The Monkees play the Grand Events Center at Green Valley Ranch Resort on Aug. 10. Tickets are $35, $50, $65 and $79 and go on sale at 10 a.m. today at the Green Valley Ranch Boarding Pass Rewards Center, 2300 Paseo Verde Parkway.

Vegas rock act Otherwise takes over Club Madrid at Sunset Station on July 3. Tickets are $9.23 and go on sale at 10 a.m. today at the Sunset Station Boarding Pass Rewards Center, 1301 W. Sunset Road, Henderson.
