The Who reschedules Las Vegas appearance

Who fans, rejoice! The band has rescheduled its Las Vegas show at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Look for the legendary classic rock act next spring.

After calling off a pair of recent Las Vegas appearances — including a spot at the iHeartRadio Music Festival a few weeks ago and a Friday, Sept. 18 date at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace — earlier this month to allow frontman Roger Daltry sufficient time and space to get back to health after dealing with a case of viral meningitis, the Who will be back on the road after the first of the year for The Who Hits 50! tour, marking a half-century of making rock.

While the tour itself kicks off in February, Las Vegas fans will want to mark Sunday, May 29 on their calendar. That's when the Daltry and Townsend are set to return to town. Tickets for the original postponed Colosseum show will be honored; otherwise tickets for the new date can be purchased next Saturday, Oct. 10 when they go on sale at 10 a.m.
