Sex sells — and sells very well — for comedian Amy Schumer
Such a sweet, innocent face. Just one reason Amy Schumer gets away with as much as she does.
Like how she gets not one, but two sex/porn innuendos in the name “Inside Amy Schumer’s Back Door Tour,” which visits The Mirage on Friday and Saturday.
It was just two years ago that Schumer was still playing the Riviera as she worked her way throught the comedy ranks. But ’13 was her year, thanks to Comedy Central’s sketch-based “Inside Amy Schumer” series — which returns April 1 — and a stand-up special, “Mostly Sex Stuff.”
Now she’s working with Judd Apatow to co-star in a movie, “Trainwreck,” possibly with Bill Hader. No matter what, she looks to have a long career in Las Vegas, where you may have heard, mostly sex stuff sells.
