Several events — besides the races — planned for Las Vegas NASCAR fans

Las Vegas is about to get NASCAR crazy.

The Las Vegas Motor Speedway will host the Sam's Town 300 on Saturday and the Kobalt Tools 400 on Sunday. Race fans will have several hours worth of action to feed their need for speed.

So race days are taken care of. But what about all those hours in between? We have you covered.

There are enough events going on around town -- everything from autograph sessions to stand-up comedy -- to help even the most rabid race fan fill nearly every waking moment with something NASCAR-related. For more information on the races, visit the speedway's website at lvms.com.
