Adventurers discover Spanish Palms

Ryan Hargrave has always believed in following his heart. Recently, his heart led him to Spanish Palms, the guard-gated condominium community at 5250 S. Rainbow Blvd., where he purchased his dream home.

Originally from San Francisco, Hargrave is a bona fide adventurer, who, in 2002, moved to Cape Town, South Africa, where he lived for over a decade. But when he decided it was time to move back to the United States to be closer to his dad, he researched cities nationwide, seeking affordability, unrivaled entertainment and dining offerings and quality of life.

“The Bay Area acclimated me to some of the highest costs of living in the country, so it’s no surprise I sought out cities that could free me from high rent and mortgage rates,” Hargrave said. “Together with my partner, Eric, whom I met earlier this year in South Africa, we chose Las Vegas as the optimal city for our lifestyle.
