Century Communities continues fall sales event

If you're considering a new home purchase in 2015, you'll want to visit Century Communities during its fall sales event, going on right now. Several move-in-ready homes at each of Century's five communities are specially priced to save homebuyers thousands of dollars.

"The fall sales event is an opportunity for homebuyers to purchase a quality home in a desirable community at a very attractive price," said Ryan Soucie, sales director at Century Communities.

Depending on the home and community selected, potential buyers could save up to $20,000 in options. One of those communities is Rhodes Ranch, a master-planned golf community in southwest Las Vegas. With all new models that opened earlier this year, Rhodes Ranch has 13 newly designed floor plans to explore. Residents of Rhodes Ranch enjoy 24-hour guard-gated entries, a multimillion-dollar recreation center and resort-style pools.

One of the specially priced homes, the Haven 2288, is a two-story model featuring four bedrooms with one downstairs. The kitchen hosts granite countertops, 36-inch maple cabinets with 3-inch crown molding, an under-mount sink and pendant lighting above the large island. This home also has upgrades such as a covered patio and is ready for immediate move-in.

"Century Communities is preparing to experience vast growth in this market so our ready-to-move-in homes are priced to sell," said Don Boettcher, division president of Century Communities. "The fall sales event is the time to get extraordinary savings at our established and reputable communities."

For more information, visit the website at centurycommunities.com/nevada or call the specific community: Rhodes Ranch, 702-740-4111; Tuscany Village, 702-873-7287; Westmont, 702-816-4374; Redstone, 702-982-7177; or Cambria, 702-476-1730.

Century Communities is a leading builder of upscale single-family homes, townhomes and flats located in highly desirable, metropolitan markets in Nevada, Colorado, Texas and Georgia.
