Century Communities offers move-in-ready homes

With new-home prices on the rise valleywide, Century Communities is offering even better values on its popular move-in-ready homes. The homebuilder has announced additional savings opportunities through Nov. 19 during its autumn savings sales event with opportunities to save on new homes and move in before the holidays.

As part of the sales event, special pricing is being offered on move-in-ready homes, often by several thousand dollars. Century has even included tremendous upgrades and incentives on many of these homes, which are in communities from Henderson and Lake Las Vegas to the southwest and northwest areas of the city.

“These homes have so many upgrades, like custom paint and trim and extended covered patios. It really is exciting,” said Hadley Goddard, sales manager for Century Communities’ Nevada division. “These are perfect opportunities to get in a new home for those that previously thought buying new was out of their budget.”

Included upgrades can be seen in all of Century’s move-in-ready homes, including 7027 Claythorn in southwest Las Vegas. This 1,532-square-foot, fully furnished former model is the final available home in the Westmont community near Durango Drive and the 215 Beltway. Reduced to $329,990, the home includes three bedrooms, 2½ baths and features more than $125,000 in upgrades, including furniture, flooring, landscaping and even crown molding.

“The best part? The timing ensures that families can be moved in before the holiday season, celebrating this year in a brand new, upgraded home,” Goddard said. “Those first holidays in a home are so important for families, and we wanted to help build those memories this year, not later.”

At 9723 Wildflower Vista, for example, is a fully furnished, single-story former model home with three bedrooms, 2½ baths and stunning upgraded landscaping, located in Alpine Crossings within Skye Canyon. Priced at $450,990, the home includes Caesarstone countertops, 42-inch upper cabinets and a gourmet kitchen. Across town is 25 Porto Malaga in the Monte Lucca collection at Lake Las Vegas.
