Century Communities offers single-story plans

Century Communities offers many modern and sophisticated single-story plans in its communities throughout Southern Nevada from Tuscany Village in Henderson to Skye Canyon in northwest Las Vegas.

"Single-story homes have always been popular, and they are in especially high demand now," said Hadley Goddard, sales manager for Century Communities Nevada. "Many homebuyers want to be on the same level and not as separated as they are in a two-story home."

Century's own Southern Nevada master-planned communities — Rhodes Ranch in southwest Las Vegas and Tuscany Village in Henderson — offer six popular single-story. "Our 1742, 2169 and 2173 plans are in such high demand that we offer them in both Tuscany Village and Rhodes Ranch," said Goddard. "The plans range in size from 1,638 to 2,493 square feet with up to six bedrooms and up to five baths. In Tuscany Village, the homes can also be built with a three-car garage."

The Annata 1836 floor plan at Tuscany Village is one of the single-story plans Century Communities offers with an optional second floor. With the second-floor option, this home includes as many as five bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room, great room and open kitchen with a large granite gourmet cooking island. A flexible two-car garage can be expanded to a 2½ or three-car garage.

Century's 2,169-square-foot plan, offered at Tuscany Village, Rhodes Ranch and Alpine Crossings at Skye Canyon, is one of its most flexible plans and also can be built with an optional second floor. This plan, with three bedrooms and 2½ baths, includes an open kitchen that overlooks a dining nook and great room. The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, large granite gourmet cooking island and options for dual ovens and dishwashers.

Century Communities' exclusive gated collection in Rhodes Ranch, The Estates, recently opened with a single-story plan with 2,493 square feet of living space.

"This home's third-car garage can be built as a multigenerational casita with a full bedroom and bath, a den or a bedroom suite," Goddard said.

Century's Sage Canyon neighborhood in Mountain's Edge recently introduced a single-story home. This 1,742-square-foot plan includes up to three bedrooms, up to 2½ baths and up to a three-car garage. It is centered around a large great room that overlooks the kitchen and dining nook with access to the formal entrance and owner's suite.

Across town in North Las Vegas, Century's gated Cambria community offers an 1,812-square-foot, single-story plan. The home includes up to four bedrooms, up to three baths, home office and Century's signature valet.

The homes all include Century's signature standard features like stainless-steel kitchen appliances, maple kitchen cabinetry, granite kitchen countertops, paver walkways and driveways, integral square sinks, valets (per plan) and 17-inch-by-17-inch tile in entry and wet areas.

Next month, Century Communities will introduce two new neighborhoods with single-story plans: Meadow Ridge in northwest Las Vegas and Parkview near Durango Drive and the I-215 Beltway in southwest Las Vegas.

"Meadow Ridge has large home sites compared to most new-home communities," Goddard said. "It is a quiet, gated neighborhood with home sites that average 135 feet deep. They are perfect for pools, outdoor gardens and putting greens. The homes at Meadow Ridge range in size from 2,100 to 4,000 square feet and information about the plans and neighborhood are up on our website now."

Century's Parkview neighborhood also will open next month in southwest Las Vegas. "Parkview is a collection of all our latest floor plans," Goddard said. "It is gated and will have its own community pool, park, playground and outdoor basketball court."

Parkview will offer Century's 1,742-square-foot, single-story home.

With the exception of Cambria, all Century Communities sales offices and model homes are open Tuesday through Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Monday noon to 5 p.m. Cambria is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For more information, visit www.centurycommunities.com/nevada.
