Inspirada presents “Holiday Inspirations” event

The holiday season kicks off in style Nov. 19, as Inspirada presents Holiday Inspirations, a two-day event that showcases new trends designed to make the season merry and bright, inside and out.

Inspirada residents and visitors are welcome to the event that will feature speakers and demonstrations on how to decorate indoor and outdoor spaces, how to make and bake holiday appetizers and desserts and even advice on beer and wine pairings.

The public is also invited to tour five professionally decorated model homes, all decked out to reflect the spirit of the season, from Nov. 19 through the end of the year.

All Inspirada builders will be taking part in the Holiday Inspirations event. Beazer Homes, KB Home, Pardee Homes and Toll Brothers comprise Inspirada Builders LLC, the coalition of leading homebuilders that is now developing Inspirada. Century Communities is also building Inspirada neighborhoods.

With a projected build-out of 8,500 homes, Inspirada is home to more than 2,500 residents who have access to programs and activities managed by a full-time staff that creates social calendars to bring neighbors together in the parks and the Inspirada Community Center. For instance, residents will be treated to the Inspirada Holiday Party to celebrate the joy of the season Dec. 2 at Solista Community Center.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Dec. 3, residents and visitors will be able to shop at the fresh52 Farmers &Artisan Market in Aventura Park, featuring choice vendors with organic produce, freshly baked goods, gourmet olive oils, sauces, spices, artisan wares and more in a friendly open-air market. Guests will also enjoy live entertainment, face painting for the kids and Yoga in the Park hosted by Lifetime Athletic in Henderson.

In addition to its 85-acre system of parks, trails and open spaces, Inspirada is also the gateway to Sloan Canyon National Recreation Area, and getting there just got easier. The Bureau of Land Management recently opened the Sloan Canyon Visitor Contact Station and Nawghaw Poa Road, improving access to Sloan Canyon and Petroglyph Canyon through Inspirada.

Ranked as the ninth top-selling master-planned community in the country, Inspirada’s five homebuilders offer 66 model homes in 15 neighborhoods priced from the high $100,000s to $500,000s in the 1,500-acre fully planned community in Henderson that includes four parks, six resident-only swimming pools and the Pinecrest Academy Inspirada campus charter school.
