Lennar offers homes in two Summerlin villages

Lennar, one of 11 homebuilders building and selling in Summerlin, offers homes in two distinct neighborhoods in the master-planned community: Oluna in The Cliffs village and Delano in The Paseos village.

Featuring contemporary architectural designs inspired by The Cliffs’ dramatic topography, Oluna offers four distinctive floor plans that range from 3,290 to 3,800 square feet, priced from the high $500,000s. These expansive two-story homes are ideal for families and entertaining. All floor plans include four bedrooms and 3½ baths and offer two- or three-car garages. The Nova model spans 3,290 square feet. The Venus model is 3,312 square feet. The Sol model encompasses 3,400 square feet; and the Terra model spans 3,800 square feet.
