Nova Ridge marks Pardee’s return to Summerlin

Pardee Homes returns to Summerlin with Nova Ridge, featuring one- and two-story homes in a gated, hillside community in The Cliffs village.

The new home designs at Nova Ridge include a nod to the neighborhood’s elevated location in The Cliffs, with views of the Las Vegas Valley and adjacent mountains. Floor plans range from 3,172 to 4,413 square feet with the builder’s LivingSmart energy-savings features and options with architectural styles that include Mid Century Modern, Desert Contemporary and Modern Nevada. Pricing is anticipated to start from the $600,000s.
