Pardee has seven Henderson neighborhoods

A limited number of move-in-ready homes are available at Pivot by Pardee Homes at the corner of Carnegie Street and South Green Valley Parkway in Henderson.

Pivot features four new floor plans that range from 2,092 to 2,402 square feet with up to five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Distinctive architectural styles include Modern Farmhouse, Contemporary and Contemporary Spanish.

Prices start from $396,000 at the gated neighborhood, which will include a dog park and greenbelt and park.

A move-in ready Plan 4-CR at cul-de-sac homesite No. 4 measures 2,402 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, loft, two-car garage, upgraded kitchen countertops and cabinets, GE stainless steel appliances and 7.1 home theater prewiring and is priced from $468,800.

A Pivot Plan 2-CR at cul-de-sac homesite No. 1 measures 2,351 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft, two-car garage, upgraded kitchen countertops and cabinets, designer selected tile flooring and GE stainless steel appliances. It is priced from approximately $451,344.

A Plan 1-BR at cul-de-sac homesite No. 8 at Pivot measures 2,092 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, upgraded kitchen countertops and cabinets and 12-foot gliding door. It is priced from $441,750 and includes custom backyard landscaping.

Pardee Homes has seven Henderson neighborhoods, including Pivot. Others include Horizon Terrace South at Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson Road; Axis, featuring an elevated, terraced location that’s off South Green Valley Parkway; Montero, Escala and Strada in Inspirada; and Strada at Pivot.

Pardee is also offering Strada at Pivot, a collection of home sites at Pivot that feature the popular Strada floor plans found at the builder’s Strada in Inspirada neighborhood.

Floor plans range from 2,493 to 2,928 square feet with Modern Farmhouse, Contemporary and Spanish elevations. Prices start from approximately $446,000, with move-in-ready homes scheduled to be available in November.

Pardee Homes’ Hurry Home sales event, featuring special incentives on move-in-ready homes and under construction homes in North Las Vegas, Las Vegas and Henderson, is underway through Nov. 12.

New Home Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and noon to 6 p.m. on Monday.
