Pardee Homes offers Bella Verdi, Alterra and Solano at Inspirada — three neighborhoods that combined offer 11 floor plans and nine model homes for viewing.

Pardee's Bella Verdi neighborhood features new two-story home designs that range in size from 2,614 to 3,241 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and four baths, two- and three-car garages as well as great rooms, lofts and game rooms on select plans, and covered patios on all plans. Prices start from $370,990.

Solano at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes that range from 2,187 to 2,433 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and three baths as well as covered patios or outdoor rooms. Prices start from $293,450.

Alterra at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes that range from 3,227 to 4,165 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and 4½ baths. Prices start from $424,990.

Bella Verdi and Alterra also offer Pardee's exclusive GenSmart Suite option for multigenerational living.

A move-in ready Alterra Residence Two B measures 3,723 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, great room with French doors, den, loft, upgraded flooring, tankless water heater, stainless steel appliances and backyard landscaping. It is priced from $533,700.

A move-in ready Solano Residence One B measures 2,187 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage, den/office, loft, stucco patio and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator. It is priced from $307,850.

A Bella Verdi Residence Three DR, scheduled for October completion, measures 3,065 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, loft, stainless steel appliances, covered patio with pavers and buyer's selection of flooring. It is priced from $424,815.

Bella Verdi is near Inspirada's Potenza and Capriola Parks, while Alterra and Solano are near Aventura Park — all new city of Henderson parks that have opened in the past year in the master-planned community.

To reach these Pardee neighborhoods from St. Rose Parkway, head south on Executive Airport Drive, which becomes Via Inspirada south of Volunteer Boulevard. Continue south on Via Inspirada, which becomes Bicentennial Parkway. Turn right on Via Firenze to reach Alterra and Solano; turn left on Via Firenze to reach Bella Verdi.
