Pardee Homes offers move-in ready homes in Henderson

Pardee Homes has four Henderson neighborhoods including Horizon Terrace South at Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson Road just south of the 215 Beltway, and Alterra, Bella Verdi and Solano in the Inspirada.

Horizon Terrace South features home sites with the foothills of Henderson's McCullough Mountains to the south and the Las Vegas Valley to the north, east and west. The elevated neighborhood features five floor plans that measure from 2,681 to 3,652 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and 4½ baths, covered patios, optional loft suite and optional GenSmart Suite. New homes start in price from $399,450.

A move-in ready Residence 1-B at Horizon Terrace South measures 3,122 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, loft, window coverings and buyer's selection of flooring. It is priced from $439,475.

A move-in ready Residence 2-D at Horizon Terrace South measures 3,307 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, loft, game room, backyard landscaping, window coverings and upgraded flooring and is priced from $485,731.

And a move-in ready Residence 1-D measures 3,122 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, den/office, loft, window coverings and upgraded flooring. The Horizon Terrace South home is priced from $468,082.

Alterra at Inspirada is a gated neighborhood featuring homes that range from 2,897 to 4,165 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and 4½ baths and Pardee's optional GenSmart Suite. Prices start from $424,990.

At Alterra, a move-in ready Residence 2-B measures 3,723 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, game room with French doors, loft, den, backyard landscaping and tankless water heater. The home is priced from $511,675.

Alterra and its sister community Solano are near Inspirada's 20-acre Aventura Park, which opened in May and includes resident swimming pools, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, baseball fields, multiuse fields and a children's play area. To reach Alterra, travel south on Via Firenze from Bicentennial Parkway and follow the signs.

Pardee's Bella Verdi neighborhood features two-story home designs that range from 2,614 to 3,241 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and four baths, two- and three-car garages as well as great rooms, lofts and game rooms on select plans and covered patios on all plans. Prices start from $370,990 at the neighborhood, which is adjacent to Potenza Park in Inspirada.
