Pardee offers home valleywide

Pardee Homes has move-in-ready homes in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson with prices starting from $286,079 for a Plan One at North Peak in Eldorado at the northern rim of the Las Vegas Valley and from $792,063 for a midcentury modern Plan 2-XC at Meridian in the southwest valley.

To reach Castle Rock and North Peak from the northern 215 Beltway, exit at Aliante Parkway and head south. Turn left on Deer Springs Road and follow the signs.

In the southwest valley off Buffalo Drive and Wigwam Avenue, the move-in-ready Plan 2-XC at Meridian measures 3,949 square feet with five bedrooms, 4½ baths, three-car garage, loft, game room, upgraded GE Monogram appliances and is on a home site that measures approximately 20,000 square feet. The home is priced from $792,063.
