Pardee offers move-in-ready homes

For a limited time, Pardee Homes is offering special incentives on move-in-ready homes in Las Vegas and Henderson as part of its Make Your Move event, now under way through Oct. 15.

“If you’re in the market for a new home, Pardee offers several upgraded move-in-ready homes throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including selections that are part of our Make Your Move event,” said Geoff Gorman, Pardee Homes sales director.

At Summerglen off of Sunset Road, west of Fort Apache Road, a move-in-ready Residence 1-D measures 2,311 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, loft, two-car garage and many upgrades including flooring, 42-inch maple kitchen cabinets, Caesarstone kitchen countertops and designer-selected upgraded flooring. The home is priced from $308,864.

Also in southwest, Las Vegas is a move-in-ready Cimarron floor plan at Durango Ranch, which measures 3,420 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, den/office, game room, upgraded kitchen cabinets and countertops, upgraded wood flooring, upgraded General Electric Monogram kitchen appliances, covered patio, paver driveway and cul-de-sac home site. The home is priced from $608,393.

Across the valley, the elevated neighborhood of Horizon Terrace off Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson Road in Henderson offers a move-in-ready Residence 2-A that measures 3,307 square feet with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, two-car garage, plus single-car and many upgrades, including game room, loft, granite kitchen countertops with backsplash, Linen maple kitchen cabinets and upgraded flooring. It is priced from $469,140.

Pardee’s Alterra neighborhood in Henderson’s Inspirada community offers a move-in-ready Residence 4-B that measures 2,897 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, den/office, and many upgrades including unique second-floor loft, bedroom and full bath. Additional features include 42-inch maple kitchen cabinets, upgraded flooring, 42-inch General Electric Monogram stainless-steel refrigerator and covered patio with stackable doors. The home is priced from $443,672.

A move-in-ready Plan 3-BR at Solano, also at Inspirada, measures 2,433 square feet with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, Caesarstone kitchen countertops, upgraded flooring and retractable sliding doors that open onto the stucco covered patio. The home is priced from $332,461.

Alterra and Solano are off of Via Firenze south of Bicentennial Parkway.
