Pardee offers move-in-ready homes in southwest valley

Pardee Homes’ Encanto, off Fort Apache Road north of Sunset Road at Patrick Lane in the southwestern valley, has a limited number of move-in-ready homes available.

Encanto’s floor plans, priced from the $460,000s, range from 2,639 to 3,551 square feet, offer three-car garages and options including loft, second master suite and sliding or optional stackable doors that create indoor/outdoor living areas.

A move-in-ready Plan 2-XB at Encanto measures approximately 3,262 square feet with three bedrooms, 3½ baths, two-car garage, plus one-bay swing garage, den/office, game room, loft and upgraded flooring. It is priced from $544,324.

A move-in-ready Plan 3-XB measures 3,551 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, three-car garage, game room, loft and upgraded flooring. It is priced from $569,218.

“Encanto’s five floor plans, including three single-story plans, feature spacious, open living spaces with large kitchen islands, generous gathering spaces and indoor/outdoor connectivity via sliding and/or gliding patio doors that lead to covered patios,” Pardee Homes’ Division President Klif Andrews said.

Plan One is a single-story design measuring 2,639 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, den or optional fourth bedroom and gliding glass door leading to the covered patio.

Plan Two measures 2,856 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, den and game room while the Plan 2-X adds a second-floor loft and powder room and measures 3,262 square feet.

Plan Three at Encanto measures 3,028 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, game room, optional second master suite instead of two secondary bedrooms and a three-car garage.

Encanto 3-X adds a second floor loft and powder room that can be built as an optional fifth bedroom and fourth bath and with an optional wet bar. The floor plan measures 3,551 square feet.

“Encanto is conveniently located near the 215 Beltway and established retail, medical, schools, parks and other services in the popular southwest Las Vegas corridor,” Andrews said.

To reach Encanto from the 215 Beltway West, exit Durango Drive/Sunset Road, stay on the access road (Rafael Rivera Way) and turn left onto West Sunset Road. Turn right at Fort Apache Road then right again at Patrick Lane and follow the signs to the models.
