Pardee showcases modern look at Inspirada neighborhood

With a fresh take on Midcentury Modern design, Pardee Homes will introduce Escala in Inspirada with a grand opening Feb. 27. Special grand opening activities including complimentary refreshments, sweet treats and entertainment for all ages are planned from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

"Escala is an exciting addition to the market and our Inspirada collection," said Pardee Homes Division President Klif Andrews. "The bold architecture and upscale amenities offered are sophisticated and luxurious, including seamless indoor-outdoor living areas created by stacking and disappearing pocket doors of glass."

Located off of Via Firenze and Cartanda avenues, east of Potenza Park in Henderson's Inspirada, Escala's single-story floor plans range from 2,898 to 3,949 square feet and are each available with optional second floors for additional living space.

The homes feature Midcentury Modern, Desert Contemporary, Desert Prairie and Contemporary Spanish exteriors and up to five bedrooms, 4½ baths, covered patios and three-car garages. Prices start from $495,000 at the gated community.

"Escala's Plan Two measures approximately 3,063 square feet with three bedrooms and 2½ baths, modern open kitchen, dining area, great room and game room that all connect to the outdoor living area via 15-foot wide stacking doors. The Plan Two model home features a Midcentury Modern elevation with standard sloped ceilings and clerestory windows.

The Plan 2-X features five bedrooms, 4½ baths and measures 3,949 square feet, with a second floor that includes a lounge, deck and fourth and fifth bedrooms, each with a bath with optional shower.
