Located near the intersection of Camino Al Norte and Ann Road, Camino offers three flexible floor plans with up to 2,385 square feet of two-story living space with as many as five bedrooms and three baths.

Each plan includes a downstairs bedroom and bath as well as a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave included in the price of the home. Prices are anticipated to start from the mid-$200,000s.

“We are excited to offer Camino in the Eldorado area, where we’ve been building new homes and communities for the past 26 years,” said Pardee Homes Director of Sales Geoff Gorman.

Camino is near Sandstone Ridge Park and Eldorado’s Eldorado and Seastrand parks are also just minutes away.
