Pardee to open Montero June 18

An interest list is open before the June 18 grand opening of Montero, the newest collection of homes by longtime Southern Nevada builder Pardee Homes.

Montero will feature spacious one- and two-story homes that are anticipated to start from the low $400,000s in a gated community.

“By joining the interest list, you’ll be among the first to receive information on Montero including floor plans and pricing,” Pardee Homes Division President Klif Andrews said. “And for serious shoppers, you’ll enjoy access to the Montero models prior to the public opening.”

Located off Via Firenze and Via Cartanda Avenue, just east of Potenza Park in Henderson’s Inspirada master-planned community, Montero’s homes are featured in Midcentury Modern, Contemporary Spanish, Desert Prairie and Desert Contemporary architectural styles with unique features including sloped ceilings, covered patios, lounges, oversized great room, walk-in pantries and porch entries. Montero’s single-story Plan One measures 2,516 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, open great room and dining area and two-car garage. A covered patio opens to the lounge, kitchen and great room via optional glider or stacking patio doors.

The single-story Montero Plan Two measures 2,569 square feet with up to four bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage with storage area plus a great room and dining area that open up to the covered patio.

The two-story Plan Three at Montero measures 3,129 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, loft, two-car garage with storage area, downstairs bedroom and bath, spacious kitchen, great room and dining area layout that open to the covered patio.

Montero Plan Four measures 3,496 square feet with up to five bedrooms and four baths, bonus room, two-car garage, plus single-car garage and Pardee’s exclusive GenSmart Suite option instead of the lounge. The home’s great room, dining area and kitchen open to the covered patio and a deck is featured off the bonus room.

Inspirada is also home to Pardee’s Escala neighborhood showcasing single-story homes that start in price from $504,000. The single-story plans, each with optional second story, range in size from 2,898 to 3,949 square feet.
