Pardee’s Encanto offers second master suite

Pardee Homes’ Encanto, off Fort Apache Road north of Sunset Road at Patrick Lane in the southwest valley, has a limited number of move-in-ready homes available.

Priced from the $460,000s, Encanto’s floor plans range from 2,639 to 3,551 square feet with three-car garages and options including loft, second master suite and sliding or optional stackable doors that create indoor/outdoor living areas.

A move-in ready, single-story Plan 1-B at Encanto is priced from $516,208 and measures 2,639 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, den/office, upgraded flooring, covered patio and cul-de-sac home site.

A single-story Plan 2-BR measures 2,856 square feet with a den/office, game room, covered patio, upgraded flooring, stackable doors at the dining room for indoor/outdoor living and two-car garage, plus swing garage.

Priced from $529,443, the home is projected for completion this month and is situated on a large cul-de-sac home site.

A move-in ready Plan 3-XC with optional loft measures 3,551 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½, upgraded flooring, covered patio with media wall and stacking doors at the great room for indoor/outdoor living. It is priced from $576,483.

“Encanto’s five floor plans, including three single-story plans, feature spacious, open living spaces with large kitchen islands, generous gathering spaces and indoor/outdoor connectivity via sliding and/or gliding patio doors that lead to covered patios,” said Klif Andrews, Pardee Homes’ division president.

“And, the location is conveniently located near the 215 Beltway and established retail, medical, schools, parks and other services in the popular southwest Las Vegas corridor,” he said.

To reach Encanto from the 215 Beltway West, exit Durango Drive/Sunset Road, stay on the access road — Rafael Rivera Way — and turn left onto W. Sunset Road. Turn right at Fort Apache Road then right again at Patrick Lane and follow the signs to the models.
