Pardee Homes is set to debut Nova Ridge, a hillside community in The Cliffs in Summerlin, on Sept. 23.

Nova Ridge, near West Sunset Road and South Hualapai Way in the southernmost tip of Summerlin, features one- and two-story home designs inspired by the neighborhood’s elevated location in The Cliffs.

Priced approximately from $619,000, homes at the gated Nova Ridge neighborhood range in size from 3,172 to 4,413 square feet. Featured architectural styles of Mid Century Modern, Desert Contemporary and Modern Nevada distinguish the homes, which also include Pardee’s LivingSmart energy-savings features and options.

“It has been two decades since Pardee Homes has opened a new neighborhood in Summerlin, and we’re ready to offer these exciting new floor plans at Nova Ridge,” said Pardee Homes Division President Klif Andrews.

Single-story Nova Ridge Plan One measures 3,172 square feet with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room, office, covered patio off the kitchen and dining area, courtyard entry, two-car garage and single-car garage. It is priced approximately from $619,000.

Another single-story home is Nova Ridge Plan Two. Measuring approximately 3,263 square feet with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, great room, den and two-car tandem garage, the home can be built with an optional GenSmart Suite and is priced approximately from $655,000.

Nova Ridge’s two-story Plan Three measures 3,679 square feet with up to five bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, courtyard entry, great room, office, game room, covered patio and two-car garage and single-bay garage. It is priced approximately from $710,000.

Nova Ridge Plan Four measures 4,413 square feet in a two-story design with five bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, spacious kitchen, great room and dining area, lounge, covered patio, loft, optional deck off the master bedroom, optional deck off the third bedroom, two-car garage and single-car garage with workshop.

It is priced approximately from $750,000.
