Pulte holds grand opening in southwest valley
Pulte Homes announced the opening of an all new gated community in southwestern Las Vegas, beginning with a model park grand opening event on July 18. Home prices at Mateo, on the corner of Warm Springs and Cimarron roads, begin in the mid-$200,000.
"Since presales began, we've seen tremendous interest from homebuyers in our Life Tested features, Energy Advantage program and in our quality of construction," said Andy Lee, director of sales for Pulte Homes' Las Vegas Division. Pulteâs Life Tested features include Everyday Entry benches, with drop zones for things like backpacks, shoes and outerwear, while washers and dryers are relocated to dedicated laundry spaces.
