Shea Homes at Ardiente part of national sales event

As part of a national campaign, Shea Homes at Ardiente has announced the Dream Big Save Big sales event as a limited time promotion.

Beginning March 19, homebuyers can enjoy exclusive prices on move-in-ready homes. These quick move-in options also include extra incentives, such as 50 percent off flooring, complementary window covering packages, refrigerators, Energy Star-rated washers and dryers and reduced or zero lot premiums.

“Pair our amazing savings during Dream Big Save Big with our low-interest rates through Shea Mortgage, and there’s no reason not to buy,” said Kyle Tibbitts, general manager. “If you’ve been considering a new-home purchase at all, there is no better time than now.”

Shea Mortgage is offering special financing on quick move-in homes. Homebuyers can take advantage of Shea Mortgage’s rate buydown on fixed and adjustable rate mortgages. To qualify, homebuyers must close on their home in 60 days.

“It’s our way of helping people start living the good life sooner. When you work hard for what you have, then you should be able to enjoy the fruits of that labor,” Tibbitts said. “We make resort living accessible and our homeowners say moving here has changed their (lives) in more ways than one.”

Shea Homes at Ardiente is an age-qualified community in the northwest Las Vegas Valley.

“The community is made up of the nicest people I’ve ever met,” said Mark Simmons, a homeowner at Shea Homes at Ardiente.

Ardiente offers resort amenities and a social calendar to its residents. At the center of Ardiente is a 20,000-square-foot contemporary club, featuring two pools; fitness center; lighted tennis courts lined for pickleball, bocce courts, chipping and putting greens, billiards room, and game room; and business center.

For more information, visit TrilogyLife.com or call 877-298-4272. Homes range from 1,218 to 2,444 square feet and start in the low $200s.
