Southern Highlands opens new neighborhood
New opportunities abound for families to “dock” in Southern Highlands, as premier homebuilders Pulte and Woodside Homes present 13 model homes at The Cove, the newest addition to the Southern Highlands master-planned community on the south side of town, just west of Interstate 15 at St. Rose and Southern Highlands parkways.
With homes priced from the $370,000s to $700,000s, The Cove is a gated community that will include five family-friendly neighborhoods and approximately 400 one- and two-story single-family homes ranging from 2,020 to 4,610 square feet.
